Flavorless crust And the biggest taboo sugar in the sauce! Next day cold, awful

Great artisan pizza. Nice light crisp sourdough crust. Great sauce on the three we tried. They definitely aren’t afraid of garlic and I absolutely love that! Every once in a while stepping out of traditional pies and dabbling your toes in something new is rewarding and this experience definitely was. The wife absolutely loved it and said it was a solid 8. Great people, good vibe, and good pie, give her a try.

The crust was the best part of this pizza. The crust was perfectly cooked and prepared. There wasn’t enough cheese, so the red sauce soaked through the cheese making it too hot. The pepperonis were good. The cheese was the only part that wasn’t perfect hence the 8.2. Great pizza overall though.

The sauce was perfect, the cheese was fresh and tasty, and the crust has fantastic flavor! This is by far the best pizza joint in Auburn, possibly the best in the Sacramento area, I will say however it’s a bit expensive. If it were cheaper it’d be a perfect 10
