*Now - Pizzeria Mariana” (same location) Great pizza!!!! It’s light, bottom is wood-fired, however, not crunchy. The bread is on point. Amazing flavor overall. Only small complaint is the sauce/cheese ratio is a little heavy on the cheese. Best pizza I’ve had in Newark so far.

Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in DE. Sauce is delicious, undercarriage is very solid. Maybe a little bit too much cheese. Needs to be cooked a little longer - next time I’ll ask for well done. Dough is on the “doughy” side, but flavor is excellent. 7.1

Great char, undercarriage, beautiful cheese sauce ratio, crisp is there could be a bit crispier, but overall fantastic pizza and best in Newark.

Crust doesn’t have that extra flavor that a “wood fired” pizza is known to have. Quite a bit of flip and sauce is meh. Is it something I’d rush over to buy again? Not really. Name isn’t wood fired pizza shop anymore - now is Pizzeria Mariana.

Thin, decent char, good undercarriage… not super crispy but I think the box killed it. The sauce and cheese brought the score down. Not great flavor

The tomato pie is pretty good. The Margherita pie is just slightly better. I go 7.6 on Margherita. And 7.3 on tomato pie

Looked better before I demolished it lol. No flop really light could eat whole box lil crisp good tomato sauce overall good pizza I’d drive to. But got cheese n margherita definitely get margherita. That’s a review!

You drive to this pizza. Even if you don’t live in Delaware. Get the Merg with garlic knots and you’ll wish you lived in the apartment above them

Not bad

Light dough, good cheese, ok sauce. It’s a light lunch pizza, meaning, I ate the whole thing for lunch and I’m not full.

Had the Spicy Italian. Great flavors. Gonna go for the cheese next.
