Perfect balance of every attribute a pizza needs. The acidity yet sweet flavor of the fresh tomatoes, the added spice, creaminess of the cheese, fluffiness and stretchiness of the dough all compliment each other wonderfully. Ideal Napoli pizza in Firenze. Genuinely the best pizza I’ve ever had. Additional Notes: The only issue is the owner is quite rude, only accepts cash, works odd hours and doesn’t speak English.
