**Review of the Margherita Pie from the Eastdale Locaction**
Flavorful pie, as all ingredients were fresh; good char on the crust but perhaps slightly inconsistent as the thickness notably diminishes from back to front. One other minor knock is that the pie, while not oily, was a bit soupy in the middle.
Of note, My Godfather also got the margherita but added salami, and his pie was a solid 8.5.
All in all, high-quality pizza in the Dutchess County Region, the restaurant was gorgeous and the people are fantastic. Looking forward to going back in the near future.
