Amazing pie, great little spot. Owner/Chef knows his pizza. He made another pie for us that was more gourmet that was equally great. Well worth the hour trip!

Great pizza. So happy Dave stopped and posted a review. Lived in Dutchess County for 12 years and never knew they existed. I’m going a bit lower than Dave because the crust wasn’t as well done as I like on this Margarita pizza. The Marinara pizza crust was prefect and the taste got better as it cooled. Will be back very soon.

Likely the best pizza I’ve had. Cheese pie is legit but their others are just as good too.

The only thing from keeping this pizza from being in the 9’s is the lack of cheese, came back and got extra cheese a few days later and boy I tell ya. Great pizza

Fancy pizza that brings the goods. Nice flavor good crunch no excess grease. Thicker = no flop. Worth the price.

Delicious fancy (not Neapolitan) pizza. Flavorful, clean tasting sauce, and the buffalo mozzarella gave the entire thing a really nice tang. Crust had good crisp, and a nice crunch up top. I might do away with the cornmeal on the bottom, but that is really picking nits. Best pie I’ve had upstate.

Incredible wood fire pizza in this hidden gem in Rhinebeck. Can easily go head to head with the greats in the tri-state area. I had John’s of Bleecker Street a few weeks ago and Posto absolutely smokes that place.
