Pizza Review
They have a beautiful new pizza oven, it looks to be woodfired, and this place is owned by the guy who owns Lucciano's and Lake Pearl. A casual dining spot from a guy who knows hi-end. Decent flop, definitely a higher end cheese, good smokiness from the oven with decent char. The cheese and the char are the highlights for me. The sauce is good, maybe a little sweet but could use a little more. Cheese is a little oily but not too much, just the right amount. Crust is crispy, but fluffy. Not a ton of taste from it aside from what the oven has given it. Very strong football pizza I give it a 7.4.
