Best slice in NWA. Stands up with any pizza I’ve had on the east coast. Great sauce and cheese combo with the right amount of crisp.

We got the half cheese, half pep, basil and fresh mozzarella. Just judging off the cheese pizza alone, the pizza has a good flop and the consistency between each slice is on point. The mixture of parm and asiago on top doesn’t slip and slide all over, not too terribly greasy. The pizza dough could be a little thinner and the sauce a bit tangier, but overall, this is the best slice in NWA. Out of the way, but worth the trip.

You CAN NOT find better pizza in this state. I don't think it even comes close. Ok one bite..everybody knows the rules. Very slight flop with good structure. Nice crunch on the crust, while still just chewy enough. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Sauce has a great flavor. Don't think I'd change a thing about it. You can tell they use some real quality ingredients. The roni brought more grease and gave it more floppyness but the flavor with it...o my... amazing! I dream about this pizza. I fantasize when I'm working. I crave it when I'm cooking dinner at home. This the pizza I wish I had when I'm eating any other pizza.

Best pizza by far in the state of Arkansas and maybe in the south. Little flop, light, crispy crust, excellent cheese/sauce ratio, and phenomenal toppings.

The ONLY pizza option in the area and it’s not close. Amazing crisp, the flavor is phenomenal. If you go anywhere else in NWA looking for pizza, you’re dead wrong.

NWA has decent pizza. Now we have elite pizza. Pizzeria ruby brings that elite factor to the table. It’s probably a 8.5 in the north east but in Arkansas, it’s a 9.1 all day.

Crust is light, crispy/chewy, cold-fermented, hand-thrown, no flop. Some char and bubble if you're lucky. Great ratios on toppings, sauce & cheese. House pie is the signature take on plain pie or Margherita--favorite. Pictured is the North End--all the flavors of traditional lasagna on a pie--stellar. White pie, roni (charred cups), house made sausage (the Fenway pie) are all standouts.

Great crust, zero flop. Little too much parm (or parm-adjacent) cheese, little light on sauce. Overall great pie, solid option for the area.

Place is a true taste of the eat coast in northwest Arkansas must try light bust super crispy and full of flavor got the cheese to make a baseline will be back to see what all they can do with this list of specialty pizzas
