Not the original red cheese slice, cinque formaggio. Quality ingredients in a region you’d usually want to stay away from pizza.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 of the 3 were COLD the second they hit the table. It was more like eating floppy crackers with a can of tomatoes. All 3 didn’t have any cheese on them.For 60$ I was really unimpressed. Hate leaving this type of review. Our waitress was amazing. Maybe Thursday night back of house staff is C squad? Not a food snob, but I feel like I got robbed honestly. I’m 5’ 7” and skinny and it didn’t fill me up. Not enough food ESPECIALLY for a 20$ pizza.

Nice char, not wet or heavy. Great flavor combinations. Worth the drive to try some Napoleon style and local/Colorado pizza

Didn’t get a picture of the pizza but it wasn’t great. Sauce didn’t have any zaz or sang to it. Crust was okay. Cheese didn’t have too much flavor either.

Pizzeria rustica takes you back to authentic Italian pizza. The sauce was delicious. Crust was crispy on the bottom but soft on the top. Overall a good pizza spot.
