The chicken bacon ranch slice could put up a fight against some of the best NYC area CBR slices. The pep was ok, sauce/cheese combo was a little off. Better selection of speciality slices than any other uptown pizza place.

Minimal crisp, significant flop. Had to throw it in the oven for a few to get the good texture. Without the extra bake: 5.8 With the extra oven time: 6.6 We need higher lows from Sapienza! Consistency is 🔑
