Pizza Review
Very solid “elevated” pizza that nods to Tokyo’s Neapolitan trend (that I must admit I was not aware of). Pillowy, charred crust similar to Roberta’s, fresh, interesting and tasty topping arrangements. Favorite pie out of Napoletana, Funghi, Diavola and Marinara was the latter for its simplicity, and the deep flavor of its roasted garlic. All are delightful though, and the Caesar Salad with anchovy is a perfect side.
