Pizza was pretty good. Solid ingredients. Nothing too crazy, but respectable pie. Heavy flopper

Very good pizza. A not floppy but cooked well. Thin pizza and not greasy, sauce is tame. Cheese is tasty. A repeat spot for sure

Great crust, great toppings.

Flop. Ingredients are delicious and crust is crunchy as it should be, but dough needs see more cooking. If left in oven for 5 more min this is an easy 8+

Despite Chi town’s inability to master thin crust, Serio stands firm.
