Lots of good flavor, good crunch. A little slight flop but overall a good pizza.

Very good pizza. A not floppy but cooked well. Thin pizza and not greasy, sauce is tame. Cheese is tasty. A repeat spot for sure

Flop. Ingredients are delicious and crust is crunchy as it should be, but dough needs see more cooking. If left in oven for 5 more min this is an easy 8+

Got the sweet heat. Doing the pizza tour it was good

Despite Chi town’s inability to master thin crust, Serio stands firm.
