Solid Neapolitan Pizza. The middle of the pizza is too flimsy. Makes the first bite a poor experience. The toppings fall off. The ingredients are top notch. Taste is great.

Super floppy. Great flavor. Quality ingredients. I feel like there is something missing, though. Good crust. 1000 degree ovens.
