Pizzeria Testa

Didn’t take a pic of the pizza. , but took a pic of my blue moon which was better than the pizza. I’m from Chicago so for me if you like Mediterranean pizza it’s not terrible, but high 7s is way too high of a rating for this pizza IMO. Low 7s is what I would give it not good under crisp on the pie, crust it good but it’s a floppy mess. Not awful not insane 7.2.

Very solid pizza.

Tried this place since it seemed pretty good overall but it disappointed a bit. Pizza was good but nowhere near the average score it got . Floppy mess at the start, undercarriage was just okay but what killed the store is the quality of cheese and tomatoes, not a fan.

Best pizza in Frisco! Really good ingredients, super fresh, and delicious. Wasn’t very crispy but will definitely be back

Really nice toppings! Overall good flavor. The crust is a bit doughy… a few more minutes in the oven would take this from good to great.

Descent Neapolitan-style pizza. One of the better ones in Frisco. Good sauce, legit ovens. Pizza dough doesn’t always taste the same.

Super doughy- white pizza much better then red. It’s a solid choice for folks that like their pizza doughy.

Very good Neopolitan. Undercarriage and crust had a nice char and and crisp. Undercarriage quite floppy but is expected with Neopolitan. Cheese was very flavorful and the sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes, is what really made the pie. Absolutely delicious!

Delivered late, pizza was cold, never received a knock on the door just left it on the ground

Not bad, not great. Crust wasn’t crispy, sauce lacked a bit, and judging based on a margarita pie, 3 small pieces of basil doesn’t bode well. Not a travel pizza, but if you’re hungry it’s not bad.

Cheese was really good. Could have used more sauce but, to be fair, the 4 cheese pizza doesn’t come with it. Sauce has flavor, just felt like it could use more. I like more crisp for crust. Was to chewy/doughy. Feel full for such a small pizza. Overall it was good, but not a travel pizza. That’s a review.

Great taste... floppy but that’s wood fired pizza for ya. Nice crunch w/the crust. Server was a little dingy. Asked for refill and he just forgot, twice.
