Crust is excellent. I like the cheese but it’s similar to the provel cheese on St. Louis style pizza. Probably not for everyone. Best pizza I’ve had in quite awhile. I hope my senses aren’t numb and dumb from eating shitty pie for the last 6 months but I really think this is pretty good stuff.
