Got the Burrata for the classic cheese, tomato, basil combo. Even though we asked for it cooked extra crispy, there was still too much liquid from the cheese. Cheese was very good, crust is decent, but overall it was a bit disappointing.

Great sauce, crust is very doughy, but good. Cheese is tasty as well but I’m not sure I like how the cheese is in clumps, some bites are super cheesy and other are just straight sauce.

For a Napoleon it’s about average. Fresh ingredients, but king of unexciting. Little over seasoned. However the bar is awesome and a great place to hang out.

Just finished first bites.... they cut the pizza in four slices rather than 8 which is interesting at first look. After eating, it makes sense as the slices are very light and with a fold end up being very reasonable portion wise. This pizza was ordered crispy. Light crust and delicious sauce. Not usually the biggest fan of Neapolitan style pizza. Usually a bar pizza guy. This however is the best pizza I’ve been able to find in Burlington .
