Very thin crust. Incredible sauce

I loved the wood fire taste of this margherita pizza. The crust was very light and flavorful, and it was the best part about this pizza. The sauce was a little bland and could use some more flavor, maybe a little sweeter in my opinion. The cheese was ok, and the basil leaves were good even though I normally don't eat them. Overall it's a very good pizza.

Was hoping by the pictures this would blow me away. It fell a little short. It was cooked perfectly first off. The cheese was ok when it was hot, but cooled off fast and just got chewy. The sauce had nothing to it. After reading the recipe in the bathroom (weird), I saw there really was no seasoning, just tomatoes and oil. So yeah, it's pretty bland. Crust was great though, fluffy and crisp. Evoo stood out which helped this a lot.

Excellent flop. Really enjoyed the charred crust. Cheese was excellent, if there was more, it would be a 9.

Definitely could be better. Pizza was cold and was burnt all over. Mozzerlla was not fresh, crust was stiff. Do not recommend.

One bite.... not a bad slice, really like the sauce and the cheese just wish there was more cheese. Pizza could be bigger and could be cooked longer. It’s no jersey pizza

The saltiest pizza I have ever tasted. This pizza had potential to be in the 7s but was letdown as all I could tase in my mouth was pure salt.

Very good pizza after a Flyers win in which my friend won a lot of gear after the Flyers staff proclaimed to the crowd it was his birthday. His birthday was months away. I recommend this joint.
