Was hoping by the pictures this would blow me away. It fell a little short. It was cooked perfectly first off. The cheese was ok when it was hot, but cooled off fast and just got chewy. The sauce had nothing to it. After reading the recipe in the bathroom (weird), I saw there really was no seasoning, just tomatoes and oil. So yeah, it's pretty bland. Crust was great though, fluffy and crisp. Evoo stood out which helped this a lot.
