The crust is light with just enough crisp, the sauce is tangy but not overbearing, wonderful cheese, the herbs are sometimes a little too happy for my tastes. As a diabetic I can report that this crust requires less insulin dose for me so it must be low carb! Pizzicato is one of my favorite pizza places and we drive a good hour from out of state to eat here regularly!
