Pizzicletta at Dark Sky Brewing

Sauce is the saving grace. It is a neopolitan pie, so the flop and super doughy crust was expected. Good pie but not my jam.

Flavors were great. Prefer crust and undercarriage to be a bit crispier.

Solid under carriage. Best Neapolitan in flag. Got the honey sausage pizza and the eggplant special. No flop, great sauce. Go out of your way in flag to get this pizza

Decent crust, no flop, cheese is good, sauce has a little tang.

Great taste, but floppy from the first bite all the way until the crust. Undercarriage looked great, nice char 🤷🏽‍♂️

Amazing margarita didn’t get a pic it was eaten so quick. 9/10 only because it is a little soft in the middle, which I don’t mind, but a little more crunch would be 10/10. Crust is amaze, sauce is perfect, everything basically perfect

Way too floppy for Neapolitan style but not too heavy with the sauce or cheese. Pepperoni was a bit of an overkill but overall had a nice fresh taste. Had better, had worse.

Can tell it’s made with quality, fresh ingredients. Great flavor. A little floppy in the middle but still a good quality pizza.

Normally not a fan of neopolitans I like this one dough/crust is not burnt to shit sauce is fairy basic all tomato good cheese tons of tasty pepperoni light spice

My number one criteria for a good pizza is the sauce, and this one was great! It had wonderful combo of sweet and salty flavors. I do love a thin crust pizza also, their crust was not overbearing at all. It did get a little soggy in the middle, but I actually like that. Pepperoni was wonderful and the shredded cheese on top was a nice touch. I will definitely be ordering this again.
