Pizzoco Pizza Parlor

I am a rookie reviewer, so with my more experience I could rescore, but it's one bite and everyone knows the rules. So... The crust is: fluffy, light, and very crisp with a good undercarriage. The sauce is: fresh and rich. The cheese on slices is just the right amount, not too much or too little. I tried several pies. The had a cheese, Bee Sting, Sicilian, and a meat lovers pizza that I unfortunately can't name. The Sicilian was fluffy, but light exactly as Dave has described an optimal Sicilian slice to taste. In short, it's the best pizza I have probably ever had, and if I had to guess would get... an 8.3 from Dave if he reviewed it. It's worth driving far for this one, for sure.
