It’s a good pizza, but it’s not something that overly wowed me. I do like a pizza to be a bit crispy, and somewhat well done. However, this one was heavily charred on the edges. The crust had a good bike, but the sauce seemed to have too much basil, or some kind of herb. It was just a bit heavy for my taste. Nonetheless, still decent pizza.

Great crisp crust. No flop zone. Nice char on the crust. PHENOMENAL under carriage. Even on the third slice 10-15 mins in there was still zero floppage whatsoever. This crust has some backbone. Not only that, the cheese slaps. The sauce is good and well seasoned. Toppings on point. Great balance. Best pie I’ve had in months. This place is up there. Pleasant surprise as I didn’t check the app before I walked in. This is approaching 8 territory but since it’s my first review I don’t wanna be too loosey goosey with the numbers. Solid solid pizza.

Pizza was awesome. The sauce, cheese and sausage comes together beautifully. Sauce is a little sweet but it's not too sweet, just balanced well. If you're in San Antonio, or around the area, be sure to give playland pizza a try, you won't be disappointed.

Wood fired oven fancy pizza. Great crust.

One bite, everybody knows the rules. Minimal San Antonio flop. Good char. Somewhat tangy sauce.

Newcomer to San Antonio. Crust is crispier than a traditional Neapolitan pizza. Sauce is balanced and they have a good variety of red and white pizzas. Large menu of traditional and very un-traditional pizzas. As a resident of SA This is a great addition and I will definitely be back, for pizza or wings!
