Pluto's Pizzeria

Actually better than I was expecting. For hotel pizza this place was legit, felt like a slice shop back on the east coast with an actual pizza oven. The dough was crispy, bit lacking on sauce but I was definitely surprised.

A bit greasy. Sauce was on the bland side. But great crispy crust.

Pluto’s uses fresh pizza dough. The head Chef is from Brooklyn. The crust is amazing.

To doughy for me. Taste like an average pizza you'd get at an arcade for a birthday party as a kid. Not good, not bad.

Here’s the deal. Chef makes the pizza for the people not him. He says people like it doughey around here. I had him cook it 2 minutes longer. Fantastic! Crunch on every bite!

Chef Tony is from New York. Not sure if this is his recipe but it looks good and cheesy. Not much flop. A little crunch to the first bite. Pretty good cheese. Not a huge fan of the sauce. Overall pretty good pizza

Pizza review time. Chef Tony is a real pleasure. Fast friendly service. Good pizza, crust was the highlight.

Cheese was greasy. Sauce had very little flavor. $4.36 for a slice of cheese. The crust is the only thing keeping this out of the 3’s. Complete tourist trap. That’s a review.
