With the brick oven 50 feet away, a pizza shouldn’t be served pretty much cold. Could be so much better if hot.

Good sauce, good cheese, crust could be a bit crisper, odd to use red onions and could use a little more toppings but overall solid pizza. Great atmosphere at the place too. Awesome outdoor dining.

This is the Lehigh Valley mall location, wood fire grill pizza it’s good and unique, it’s really thin and light (you can almost see through it), crust is great and crispy but the pizza itself is floppy, solid sauce and cheese and great flava

I actually had the seat right across from the wood fire oven so got to watch them make it from start to finish. The crust was crispy and airy. I loved it. Nice sauce. Good cheese. I think I might ask for it extra crispy and extra cheese next time. Great price and good food.

Here we are at the Pocono Brewing Company. These guys have a wood fired oven. I'm already loving this Frankie. It smells like campfire in here plus they brew their own beer! Omg Frankie, it looks amazing. Small thin 12" pie. One bite. Thin crust, little flop, light cheese, fresh basil leaf. Fresh thin tomato sauce little tang. Omg the crust Frankie. Finally somebody in Pennsylvania knows how to cook pizza! This is excellant. This score will be high. 9.2 solid

Great coal fire taste. Airy and crispy crust. No grease. Great tasting cheese. Sauce is good.

Looks nice. As you can see in the picture cheese is blotted across the pie. It makes it look appetizing but honestly couldn’t even taste it. I can see some inconsistencies in there pies from the other reviews I read cause mine has zero crisp at all. The only reason I didn’t give it a lower score was there sauce is on point kinda made the whole pie.

Nice flavor and the crust had a nice crunch.

Crust was solid, flaky and good consistency. It’s downhill from there. Sauce was watery and flavorless. The cheese added nothing. 5.1 is probably generous.
