Go for the 313 Detroit Style. Cooked perfectly. Great dough, light and fluffy. Perfect undercarriage.

The “Old School” round pie - solid wood fire pie. Lot of flop. I got there right at pickup time and ate a slice immediately in the car, but it was warm, so I’m sure it sat and steamed out the bottom a bit. Sauce needs garlic or something for a bit more zip. Overall, good pie. Will be back to try some others. Got my eye on the House Pie next.

Crust was a little floppy. However the sauce, crust and cheese were all great! Id recommend this place if you are in the area.

Solid pie overall. Pepperoni cups a plus. Go for the wings if you go here though. Quite possibly the best wings I have had in my life.

Not my style with Neapolitan, but had good flavor and fresh ingredients, but super floppy

I was hoping this would have been a new go to spot in SJ, but it fell a lil short. First off, we went here because of the scores alone. I was naive and didn't look into the reviews, which seems like they're either employees or friends and family. The reviews were all first time reviewers, and the photos were all taken from the store's counters.The photos should have given it away, but I figured I'd try it anyways. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was the best part about the whole pie, perfect char, not chewy, and every bite had crisp. Little floppy, but that's because it was kinda heavy on the cheese. Sauce was super sweet. Almost too sweet. Cheese was good, but nothing special. Little basil to dress it up, but it didn't help or hurt. We also ordered the tomato pie which was supposed to be Sicilian, but came out round. Not bad.... Maybe a 7.1 because it was undercooked and very floppy. Then we also got the "Detroit Style 313". I was hoping for this to blow me away, and it was just cheesy bread with a glob of sauce on top. Not crispy at all... Just thick bread. That's a 5.9. I'd recommend eating in if you plan on trying it, because living in the box on the way home would destroy these pies.

Tried the house pie, the tomato pie, and the 313 Detroit pie. This rating is for the house pie. The best part about both the house pie and the tomato pie is the crust. Very soft and perfectly cooked. The sauce is flavorful and so is the cheese. This is a great new place to try!

This is a new restaurant that is killing it right off the bat. This is their 313, a Detroit style masterpiece. Ingredients as fresh as could be. Minimal grease and a perfect undercarriage makes it very easy/clean to eat. A basil topping could push this easily into the mid 9’s.

Delicious this is the Nonna Style pie. Very crispy and fresh tasting. You can taste the hard work that went into making this pie. TREMENDOUS!!!!

Hand stretched, naturally fermented dough and only fresh ingredients. Incredibly light, crispy crust with zero flop. Flavor to die for and amazing sauce. One bite and it’s the BEST pizza of my life.
