Pollo Pizza and Pasta

Very cruncy with a good ratio of dough, sauce to cheese. For NC it’s not too bad. Sauce and cheese lack flavor but overall it’s ok

Huge slices lots and lots of flop one bite everybody knows the rules. Not enough crunch until you get yo the crust sauce has a little spice. Below average slice that’s a review

Great NY style thin crust. Good crunch, great sauce next to no flop. I will be back
