Local shop. Great sauce, thin and crisp slice.

Family owned with over 20 years in the business, they serve thinnish & lighter versions of standard football pizza with a thinner crust than you’d find on a typically traditional football pie. Despite a firm undercarriage, this is not a particularly crispy pizza except for the delightfully thin & crunchy crust, easily the best attribute of this pie. A decent cheese-to-sauce ratio aside from the whole milk shredded mozzarella blend being slightly thick & a tad heavy; but quality nonetheless, beautifully melty & tasty. Perhaps a lighter smattering of mozz would be better considering the thinnish dough. With a fair amount of tang & a smidge of sweetness, the sauce is wonderfully light & delicious, well above average compared to similar style pies. Overall, this pizza is a juicy fastball with some unexpected movement considering it’s lightweight with a thinner crust, unlike basic heavier football pizza. While not quite a destination pie, this is solid “every day of the week” pizza that pleasantly surprises.

Always my go-to Morristown NJ pizzeria. The slice has most of it going on. The only weakness is the crust but overall awesome pizza. Sauce is way above average

I think that if I got a fresh pie as opposed to reheated slices out of the oven, my score would be in the mid sevens, but as it is I gotta go seven flat. Good slice.

Pretty greasy, no crust, barely any crust on the end, dark sauce. No flavor, just cheese flavor and jar sauce. Going with a 2.8

Plain slice is thin and crisp, from head to toe. Could have had more taste in the sauce/cheese, but overall it’s solid.

Going with a rookie score of 7 flat. Quality slice reminds of a boardwalk slice from Wildwood. Good crisp, evenly spread cheese and sauce.

Great crispy slice, a little on the greasy side. Flavor is above average but not mind blowing. Overall good pepperoni pizza.

Good sauce, good crunch, solid slice all around

Ordered by the slice. Very thin and good crisp. Edges also really thin, not much crown. Right amount of cheese, but the sauce is almost savory. I’ve never tasted sauce like this. I probably prefer a touch of ripeness or sweetness, but it’s not bad. Overall a lot of very good qualities about this slice.
