Ponysaurus Brewing Co.

This is a legitimate above average pie. Will not blow you away with anything out of the ordinary… but does the standard things very well. Sweet sauce, fresh cheese and ingredients, and a good crust. Floppy until half way up the slice…. then you find some structural integrity. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. I would go out of my way to come back if I’m in the area. Very cool atmosphere and a very solid pie.
