I’m the words of PE….”Don’t believe the hype!” Flavor at a minimum, tons of flop and very disappointing. Go next door and have some Mac n Cheese!!

Lot of flop, great flavor. Little longer in over and more cheese and they’d be onto something. Not a lot of crunch in crust. Very cool place, staff great.

Pizza was a pleasant surprise and we are hard critics because we create some pretty delicious pizza at home. Napoli style pizza with fresh, high quality toppings. The dough is a little flavorless compared to the sourdough based pizza we are accustomed to and could be a little crispier but the toppings make up for any deficiencies in the crust quality. Overall, loved it and will be hitting this place up again

I wanted to love this pizza. Good charred flavor around the edges, but ridiculously floppy. Also extremely heavy on the sauce to have such undercooked crust. Cool atmosphere inside but a few more minutes in the oven or a totally reworked crust might do them some good.

My favorite style of pizza, no tomato sauce so this pizza doesn’t even really count, would be great pizza. Could be a large slice, nice flop

Neapolitan style pizza from Raleigh's legendary AC. Solid pie. Amazing sauce and high quality cheese. Dough is lacking in texture and flavor.

Minimal flop, not too oily, crust is good, cheese is good, very little crunch. Overall a good solid wood fire pizza

So, I started with a 5.9 and thought more about this. Pizza was undercooked, floppy, flavor was light, and honestly bland. Look I know people feel they have to rate this higher because of who’s restaurant this is.. but it’s mediocre at best. I also had there in house made mozzarella.. flavor was also bland.. super market style.

Good sauce and crust on the margherita. Crust had a nice amount of char around the edges. Great flavor. Very floppy and kind of fell apart very easily. Overall - didn’t really taste like it should be set apart from other Neapolitan pizzas I have had.

Good but not hyped

Ok, new pizza place in town (yay first review!). This place has been hyped up for the past couple of months, and rightfully so. I’m not a big fan of neapolitan style pizza. However, this place made that irrelevant. Service was great. Pizza was excellent. The crust was well balanced as far as a flop/crisp ratio. I know that most pizzas like this are usually super floppy in the middle. Either way, this crust was great and flavorful with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior. The sauce, ridiculously good. Very robust and packed with flavor. The cheese was obviously fresh and everything was distributed perfectly. I wish there was a way to divide categories of pizza. But overall, I give this an 8.5. I’ll definitely come back.
