Pop's Pizza

Got this (Wheel Horse) and the Nonni (both house specialties). I don’t normally like grading based on something other than regular cheese - but Im picking up what their putting down with their dough, sauce and cheese from the Nonni. TREMENDOUS dough, good sauce. This place is a hidden gem. Worth a ride in the capital region.

Good pizza. Good crust, chewy with a little crunch to it. I like the sauce, I wish there was a little more on it. The sprinkled parm cheese is a nice touch.
