Portland Pie Company

I was looking forward to trying Portland Pie, as almost all of their locations have a pretty good rating on the One Bite app, yet I left this location disappointed with what I was given.  I got a slice of cheese and a slice of buffalo chicken and asked the waiter if I could have them put back in the oven and crisped up, as that's how I like my pizza.  The waiter told me that they "just" came out of the oven and should be that way already, so I took his word for it.  Last time I do that, because I was given two slices that had clearly been sitting in their pizza warmer for a solid 30 minutes, and were as far from "out of the oven" as humanly possible.  What's even worse is that they both had great flavor overall, and I'm sure I would have got in the low 7's if the request would have been met.
