Very surprised how good Chicago style pizza in Kentucky.

I feel like I’m missing something based on the other scores, but this is essentially Pizza Hut

This is the thin crust. Not cracker thin but more like hand tossed. The sauce is simple and yummy, the cheese is sharp, and the pepperoni is salty, almost too salty. Even for me. I requested a well done cook but there is zero crisp. It’s very doughy like the deep dish I reviewed.my gripes are the crust and the heavy saltiness. These guys have a great history through covid, check out their backstory. The staff is very friendly and appear to be pizza connoisseurs themselves. For pizza this style I’m giving it a lesser score than the deep dish because I think this could’ve had a little more potential. Check out my deep dish review.

One bite of the injection PHENOMENAL , all the flavors burst

Great pizza. Chicago style. Deep dish. Outside crust was a little tough to bite into which was the only reason it wasn’t a 9. 100% would go out of my way to go get this pizza.

Get off the couch and hit up Poseidon’s. Top pizza in the Greater Cincinnati area!

This place is legit. Football pizza with great flavor, including the crust, and it is consistently well made. The service is excellent as well.
