Poseidon's Pizza Company

This is the thin crust. Not cracker thin but more like hand tossed. The sauce is simple and yummy, the cheese is sharp, and the pepperoni is salty, almost too salty. Even for me. I requested a well done cook but there is zero crisp. It’s very doughy like the deep dish I reviewed.my gripes are the crust and the heavy saltiness. These guys have a great history through covid, check out their backstory. The staff is very friendly and appear to be pizza connoisseurs themselves. For pizza this style I’m giving it a lesser score than the deep dish because I think this could’ve had a little more potential. Check out my deep dish review.
