Not a deep dish guy here but this is actually really good stuff. It has everything going for it that you would expect from a deep dish. My one and only gripe is the crust which is doughy. No crisp anywhere. Almost Spongy which can be from the sauce but a harder crust would help lock it in and not leak dough water through the box. These guys have a very cool, awesome history during covid. Check it out on their site. The staff that works there are very chill and definitely are pizza connoisseurs themselves so they know how to make the order you want. I also ordered a simple pepperoni thin crust and made a review for a more general baseline take on their pizza making. Check that one out too if you’re not so much a deep dish guy like myself. Peace
