Burrata slice is my favorite. 9.3 all around great slice

roman pizza? Too much cheese, not enough sauce. I don’t like leaving not satisfied and i did exactly that after eating this.

The crust was delicious but not much flavor

Been here couple times before hoping every time it’d be better but it’s not. Same owners as one of my favorites on the upper east San Matteo. They never have a regular margherita, which means gotta pay more. Slice has little cheese and sauce isn’t great. Looks good but doesn’t taste great. On top of all that don’t get two slices, just get one cause each slice is cut in two and is like two slices. Each slice is expensive.

Wish I could rate this place higher given owner’s Italian heritage. Crust was delicious (crunchy & buttery) but the cheese to sauce ratio was off. Too much cheese, too little sauce made it taste like really good grilled cheese, as opposed to pizza. Minus 0.5 point for square slice - prefer classic triangles. That’s a review.

Nice Roman style

Pizza is meant to be cut with a wheel not a scissors. It’s meant to be cooked in a big oven, not an easy bake oven. Pizza is meant to have a decent amount of sauce, not trace amounts.It’s meant to be eaten with fountain soda not fancy imported seltzer water.
