The bake was great, no flop, lacked a bit of crisp, but with all the textures, it definitely worked without it. The crust was a wood fired sourdough. Great sauce to cheese ratio. Flavorful pepperoni. The gel layer was spot on. Each layer added a unique flavor that when put together added up to greatness. And to top it off, great service and conversation with Spencer, who was manning the bar. Overall, yes, travel to come try this pizza.
