Prima

As soon as I walked in - saw the pizza display area, the atmosphere, open kitchen & staff behind the counter , I knew it was going to be good pizza. I had two slices - one cheese and one red peppers and sausage, ate cheese slice first and it did not disappoint, good crisp and balanced flavor, you can tell the quality of the ingredients. The second slice I could have eaten three of them, yes that tasty. Definitely in the 8’s. All around good experience - I will be back

Good pizza. Little more flop than I like. I got sausage bacon onion and green pepper. All the toppings come diced. Good pie. Would certainly eat again

Taking a saunter up to New Smyrna for the day, and after consulting with the One Bite app, we came to Prima. A small shop that is worth a wait. Only 5 tables and a slew of seats around a bar, but a very cool vibe and friendly people. Garlic knots are a religious experience, butter, garlic, and the marinara sauce is amazing. We had a salad, lemon vinaigrette, pretty good start. Pizza… we had cheese, this I would have rated high sevens, and the White Pie was higher than that, maybe touched an 8. The 8.1 comes from the overall visit, this is a great find. El Prez says if it’s over 8 you should drive to it, message here is just that… not to mention a great stroll for a nice day. That’s the review.

Good amount of sauce and cheese. Nice crunch on the crust. Could have been crispier.

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had.

Pizza number two in Florida had extremely fresh ingredients with a well-cooked undercarriage. Great date night spot with amazing atmosphere.

Really nice texture with the crust and overall solid pie. It’s beach pizza. You can taste the ocean in each slice as salt is the initial and dominant flavor profile. Strong cheese. Weak sauce.

Ok looks we’re fantastic, If we were going just off of appearance it would have been a 9. The char was great the cheese was great but the sauce was a little bland and the dough was tough. Now I might have went in with to high of expectations and that may have effected the score. Will try it again to see if it was a off night for me or them. Still a good pie.
