Ok. So lots of good things to say so let’s dive in. I came hungry after working on a hot roof so I got three slices and all three were bussin. Grading plain tho, the crust was thin and crispy. Elite level thin. No gum line. Not well done burnt either. Just thin and crispy. The pie itself I would say is a traditional style but it wasn’t basic football pie you get anywhere. It was elite. And for this location having only been here 3 or so years, this new kid on the block certainly is making some waves! Prez, this is 100% up your alley, must try next trip to Jerz.
