Very tasty slice. Sauce had some good flavor. Cheese was good, not too greasy. Crust had that chew that I like.

Sauce on this pie was VERY savory! Crisp Crust & flavorful cheese put this pie in the 8’s Base & bottom could have been crispier but overall a VERY good pie!

Forgot to take a picture of my slices and it was near closing so i took a picture of the remaining few slices they had. Seems like they do a few different styles of crust/dough. A thicker and a thinner round pizza along with sicilian and I see they also do an Upside down Sicilian but they didnt have any of that, so next time. I tried all 3 of the other kinds i me tioned. The thinner round pie is what the score will be based off. It was great, it was already well done in the showcase, unlike the other pies in there which was weird. They reheated in a really small countertop deck oven and it came out super crispy and tasty. Definitely my favorite regular cheese slice that i’ve had from the Albany area. I had a thicker round pie style pepperoni slice. It was fine, not my favorite, probably a 6.9-7.1 if i were to rate that. The sicilian was older, you could tell because the cheese was drying out, but it was still great, thats fuckin saying something. 7.8 on the sicilian even with the dried cheese. This is a quality pizza spot, wish i would of gotten there sooner and had some more fresh options. I think this will end up being my “Go-to” pizza joint while im staying in the capital region.

All right Frankie! So this came up a new thing I’m getting on my FB, “Restaurants Bear you”, and has descriptions and pics of 10 or so restaurants, I get it maybe once a week. The picture looked good so go check it out. It is good, eye good pie. It could have been a touch crispier, but it’s really good anyway. The right amount of sauce, tang, and cheese, not greasy at all, tastes fresh. The crust was just a tad doughy, hence a bit crisper would have been good. All in all, very good pizza. 7.8. This is the classic set your watch to it pizza. Deductions for being slightly runny and the tiniest bit doughy, this is still quite good. Very good flavor will keep you re-ordering without any regrets. Very solid.

MAJOR NEW YORK FLOP!!! The tip of the slice was a bit soft and not as crisp as I like it to be but once you got further down into the slice it got better and better. This slice was a tad cheesy, but the cheese had good flavor and the sauce has a nice balance between tang and sweetness.

Probably the best pizza in the area, ask for the Brooklyn Pizza. Cheese on the bottom, sauce and parm cheese on top. Crisp on the bottom and so much flavor and zest. Just as good cold as it is hot. Get this pizza!
