Fantastic flop to crisp ratio. You bite in and immediately get a mouthful of tasteful sauce with a hint of cheese. You can taste the fresh herbs too which compliment the sauce well. I do wish the pizza had a better cheese to sauce ratio, as it's lacking on the cheese side. The crust is inconsistent, as some bites are very doughy while others are very crisp and crunchy. I'm not counting the size of the pizza, but it should be noted that it is a very large slice which I like. Overall great slice of pizza.
