Prime Time Restaurant and Pizzeria

This plain slice is just not ready for Prime Time. Sub-par crust and cheese and invisible sauce. (The Grandma was much better)

A distinct garlic flavor permeates the rather sweet, tasty sauce. However, the dough is incredibly soft with zero crisp. Perhaps ask for this well done if you prefer a crispier pie. Perfect amount of cheese and minimal grease. A solid overall “football-type” pizza.
