Primo Pizza South Beach

This is now named Nick’s Pizza - no longer Primo (the One Bite app has many issues keeping up with new spots but that’s for another day). This was a real solid slice. A bit on the thicker side but is firm and has a nice undercarriage. Lots of seasoning. Over $6 for just a cheese slice is priecey but at least it’s large.

Now called Nick’s Pizza, seems like they have changed name and owner a few times recently. HUGE size and they are known for a giant 2 foot slice too. Pepperoni just looked much better than plain slice at the moment, although very greasy and floppy it’s a decent slice. Crust ok but could have more crisp.

Greasy. Odd flavor. Felt like hockey game pizza.

Didn’t like the individual slices. Floppy, crust very hard and chewy. Saw every employee (3) touching the cooked pizzas on display for slices with their bare hands. One after he wiped his face, and mouth. 😩 New new decor, and staff very friendly. Would recommend getting a whole pie, as opposed to slices based on the reheated slices I tried. Expected more at $6 slice

Cheese is bouncy. Crust ain’t great. Not much sauce
