Prince Street Pizza

So damn good. Went to try a slice before dinner and ended up eating 2 1/2 slices. Pepperoni was my #1 , followed by close second with the Vodka sauce slice

Surprisingly I really enjoyed the pesto. Four cheese was hefty and a favourite of my daughters. Personally the cheese slice was the highlight. Great sauce, good quality undercarriage. Could have eaten at least another 4 slices.

Very good cheese slice. Thick but not too thick. Sweet sauce - which I normally don’t care for - was still very enjoyable. The spicy pepperoni though… incredible. Firing on all cylinders: the spiciness perfectly combines with the sweetness of the sauce, and the pepperonis add even more flavor and crunch. That slice gets a 8.7

They ran out of cheese. Got the spicy pepperoni which is good but a little too hot for me.

Pepperoni is solid. I prefer more crisp. Sauce and cheese great flavor!

If I were Made in NY on UWS I would be livid people accused me of stealing this mediocre slice

Sweet Sauce with spicy pepperoni. Soft dough and overall well balanced flavors. Thick a pillowy.

Second time visiting Prince St Pizza. The "Naughty" with Spicy Vodka and Pepperoni is just delicious. The blend of flavours, the base, the heat being just right..spectacular.

One thing I don’t hear anybody mention is how every pie they send out isn’t very crispy. Sure the edges are charred but we should ask for well done so that the whole pie is crispy. What I’m saying is the whole middle part of the pie is a bit undercooked and soggy. Despite the lack of crispiness, that spicy diablo sauce is incredible. It’s very minimally spicy which is good. Doesn’t need to be spicy, just needs to have a different flavor than traditional marinara. The pepperonis are also to die for. This is coming from somebody who didn’t like pepperoni prior to this pizza. Finally, I wish there was more cheese as their pies have a minimal amount of cheese. When it’s all said and done, the pie is covered in generous amounts of pepperoni and grease so technically more cheese would overpower it. Overall, a great pizza in terms of having a distinct flavor, and standing out in a different way. I’m going 8.4. Make the crust crispier all around and more like an 8.7.

This is for the new LAS VEGAS location and it wasn’t listed on the app. All I can really say is it’s Amazing!!! Perfect crust… sauce on point… and the pep, come on just look at it!!! I split the difference between Prez and the overall with an 8.5! That’s the review 🍕

Solid 2 slices. Heavy though

Tried The Original Prince (their classic round cheese). Sauce was amazing, some of the best I’ve ever had. Mozzarella was just so so, and the crust was fairly decent. A nice bake, with just a tiny bit of crisp on the bottom but not too much to stiffen the slice. Also tried just a slice of the Spicy Spring. Great pepperoni, as they advertise, and I can see why these “SOHO Sqaures” slices are their main attraction. Their great sauce fits well with the topping-heavy slices and pan fry. Doesn’t require the cheese or crust to stand out as much on their own.
