I love Pizza. What’s not to love? Maybe you’re a fan of the Chicago style or the New York Style. Born and raised in Los Angeles I’ve tried many, often questioning its quality and authenticity. When Prince Street Pizza, one of the most well-known pizzerias in the country, opened their West Coast Location I knew I just had to try it. My first foray into the world of East Coast Pizza, I ordered the Spicy Spring Pie. The pie itself is thick, doughy with a crispy bottom. The mozzarella cheese is completely covered in pepperoni, providing a hint of spice in every bite. The meal itself is messy yet worthwhile!

Proper dough to toppings ratio. Sauce was sweet and very flavorful, strong under carriage, loved the pepperoni. One of the best I’ve had in LA (lived here 20 years) and I’m from NY.

The thin is bad, the square is outstanding. Very crunchy, soft, flavorful square. Does not disappoint. No seats here. No bathroom here. I’m not a square person but thumbs up.

Good pizza. Minimal flop, good sauce. Two things holding it back are it was kind of cold when served to me and the crust was mediocre.

Good slice. Not as good as the New York City location but worth a trip. Fresh cheese. Nice tangy sauce. The dough was the one thing bringing it below an 8. Crunchy dough but not airy at all.
