Milanese style slice, very fluffy with light, crisp bottom. Not heavy on the sauce and cheese. Sauce is a little sweet and the cheese doesn’t do much to balance it. As it cools the cheese kind of coagulates into a solid mass making everything after Bite 10 a little difficult to chew through. It’s anything but greasy and stays very crisp the whole way through. However it’s One Bite, so the score stands.
