An AMAZING piece of pie... this pizza is better than most pizzerias! It’s not doughy, crust is crisp, tomato sauce with a touch of tang, cheese fresh... Excellent!!! 8.5 is using the strict Dave scoring system (it’s delish)

Milanese style slice, very fluffy with light, crisp bottom. Not heavy on the sauce and cheese. Sauce is a little sweet and the cheese doesn’t do much to balance it. As it cools the cheese kind of coagulates into a solid mass making everything after Bite 10 a little difficult to chew through. It’s anything but greasy and stays very crisp the whole way through. However it’s One Bite, so the score stands.
