Pizza Review
Being from The NY Tri-State area, and working at several pizza places, I know what a true New York style pizza is like. This pizza has potential, but has a bit to work on. I think the dough itself the pizza is on is too thick for starters. They should stretch it much thinner before cooking it. The sauce is a bit too watery for me and is kind of bland, and the cheese was a bit off. The best kind to use is whole-milk, low-moisture mozz. Finally I think it could spend a bit more time in the oven. Overall I’m sure it will make for decent drunk food later.
