Proof Pizza

Had some good hope when I saw the undercarriage, but it quickly faded when it was kind of just charred doughy crust. Pretty greasy, and the toppings wouldn’t stay on. Very cheesy, which I did enjoy.

Good but nothing special. Great crust and could use better toppings.

Very small pies so you have to order a few. Fresh ingredients and unique combinations but a little doughy and undercooked. Unfortunately, ours were a bit cold upon delivery. Still a tasty pie and looking forward to trying again.

I tend to be a fan of Neapolitan pizza. This one wasn’t bad it just was a little liquidity and messy. Under further consideration I may of given it a different score but the review is what the review is.

Not a great Neapolitan. San Giorgio’s in Milwaukee is much better. This one was very messy and soupy. The ingredients tasted less fresh than San Giorgio’s, and, in addition, was floppier and lacked significant char. Not awful, but probably won’t ever go back.

Great sauce and flavor. Everything was fresh perfectly cooked Neapolitan, no complaints.
