Chewy with minimal crunch. The sauce is on the sweet side and jumps out as ketchupy The sauce is odd. And not in a good way. The quality of the cheese jumps out too. As low quality. And too cheesy to boot. Crust is doughy/bready. It’s a mess. Avoid this. Directly across from Princeton University. Students would be wise to take an English muffin, a slice of packaged American cheese and spaghetti sauce and do your own thing in the dorm. On the bright side, it looks like pizza. It just isn’t.
