PROPER PIZZA CHICAGO

Huge flop. Dough is very good, not conventional to what I prefer but still tastes great (not true NY style dough, more pretzel like). Reheated slice ended up with a lot of grease on the cheese. Good amount of cheesiness though. Decent slice, nothing to write home about.
